Perinatal Anxiety: Support & Assessment
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) are the most common complication of childbirth, affecting approximately 20% of pregnant and new mothers. In this course, we aim to educate you around the disorder while guiding you through a reflection on your own mental health during this time. Covering risk factors and offering a private self-reflective assessment tool, this resource will set you on a path to perinatal anxiety awareness and management. This course does not replace direct clinical attention or diagnostic evaluation.
