Introduction

Meet Dr. Jessica Vernon. She is a board-certified OB-GYN in New York City and Expectful Advisor. She's also a mother, having gone through her own experience with the emotional roller coaster and ultimately, more deeply understanding the real concerns of Mom. As a physician, she's taken on the challenge of fully breaking down the terms we so often hear even before pregnancy and creates realistic expectations and scopes of risk. She does this all with the goal of decreasing stress and anxiety around misconceptions and misunderstandings. She is here to not only be your Mom Friend, but your Doctor Friend, finally, setting the record straight on all things motherhood.
